I specialize in working with people who are experiencing trauma in its many forms, negative body image, binge eating disorder, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. 

Taking the first step to reach out to a therapist can feel scary and overwhelming. In our first call we will simply get to know one another a little and see if we make a good fit for your goals and what you are looking for in a therapist.
